Red Velvet Cake Smoothie

1/2 cup roasted beets

1/4 cup mdejool dates (plump, not hard)

2 heaping scoops of  SP Complete

3 tablespoons cacoa powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 cups coconut ice (made from coconut water or coconut milk)


Blend all ingredients together, except for ice, until smooth.  Add ice and blend until frosty.
